Features
Key Features Optimized for Aerospace Applications:
Software for Seamless Integration: The workstation runs on our MarkMaster 4 control software, with optional MES integration to bring production data straight into the marking process. Markmaster 4 allows for easy integration into existing manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, streamlining your traceability data management.
Durable and Reliable Construction: Built to withstand the demands of continuous operation in a production environment, ensuring consistent performance for your aerospace marking needs.
An adjustable turntable with pneumatic gripping holds the component securely, and the system is designed to allow part loading by crane, so heavier castings and forgings can be loaded without manual handling. Bespoke tooling options are available for specific component ranges, and the whole workstation is fully enclosed, with integrated safety features and soundproofing built in.
High-Resolution Marking: Deliver consistently crisp and clear marks, even on challenging materials prevalent in aerospace, ensuring optimal readability by both human operators and machine vision systems.
Built to Aerospace Marking and Verification Standards
The system supports AS9132, AIM-DPM, ISO/IEC 29158, JES131, RRES90003, RRES90005, PWA309, PWA310, P23TF3, P23TF10, AS478 and Spec 2000, alongside customer-specific marking specifications.
Our VeriSmart 4 vision system checks every Data Matrix and human-readable mark immediately after marking, so a quality issue is caught at the station rather than further down the line.
